PENNDOT maintans a driving record for every licensed driver in Pennsylvania.  Points are added to a driving record when a driver is found guilty of certain driving violations, called "moving violations."  After the accumulation of a certain number of points, a driver will need to take a special written point examination.  If the driver fails to pass the exam, the driver's license will be susbended until the exam is passed.  A second accumulation of points will result in a Departmental hearing, and could result in a possible license suspension.  Excessive speeding can immediately result in a license suspenson.

Upon your receiving a traffic violation, we will work in defending you first, to have the charges dropped altogether, or, if that is not possible, to have the charge reduced to a charge which assesses less points, or, if possible, no pointsw at all.
