PennDOT maintains a driving record for every licensed driver in Pennsylvania.  Points are added to a driving record when a driver is found guilty of certain driving ("moving") violations.  After a certain number of points are assessed against you, you may have to take a special written point examination.  If more points are assessed, you may have to attend a Departmental Hearing, after which your drivers license may be suspended.  We will promptly and properly defend you so that the points assessed against you are removed or minimized.
